1. Purchases & Payments

1.1 Merchandise Sales

• All sales are final unless required by law.

• Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

1.2 Event Ticket Sales

• Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is canceled.

• If rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.

1.3 Payment Processing

• Transactions are securely processed through Stripe/Squarespace Payments.

• We do not store payment information.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All designs, artwork, videos, and branding are owned by DREZZDON.

• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission.

3. Event Participation & Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages.

• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove attendees who violate event policies.

4. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by New York law.

• We encourage disputes to be resolved informally before legal action.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
