Returns & FAQ

We want you to love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there’s a print error or quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it. For a fast resolution, email help@herewyou.com with clear photos of the issue on a flat, well-lit surface along with your order number.

Cancellations

  • Product Orders: You can edit or cancel your order before it goes into production using the link in your confirmation email. Once in production, changes aren’t possible, but we may offer a resolution.

Refunds & Quality Issues

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Email us with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.

  • General Returns: Since items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.

  • Refunds Processing: PayPal refunds process in 24 hours; credit/debit card refunds take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Payments & International Orders

  • Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna/AfterPay (where available).

  • International Orders: Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, depending on your country. Contact your local customs office for details.

International Shipping

Shipping times for international orders vary and can take up to 2-3 weeks. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience any issues, feel free to reach out to help@herewyou.com, and we’ll do our best to assist!
